The account you’re using to post here was created in February 2019, does not own any sites, and have never purchased anything with us, nor provided us with any credit card details.
If you’ve been charged, it is for an active upgrade that belongs to another account. Please log into the correct account, and then you can open a new support request using that account to request a refund.
If you’re not sure what site the charge is for, please search for the charge at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/. You can also use the Contact Us link on that page to contact our billing support team directly for further help with this – to track down the transaction we’ll need to get some additional information from you which we cannot discuss here in the public forums.
