  My paypal has been billed for a website ‘directnorth.org.uk’ that I do not own. The site is not live. I would like to be refunded.

  I would be happy to assist you in cancelling and refunding your purchase. However, the upgrade that was purchased is not associated with the account you contacted us from. To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into refunding the subscription purchase.

  If you aren’t sure about the charge on your bank statement, you can fill out the form at wpchrg.com and it will help you find the correct account along with what you were charged for. You an also reach out to billing support there directly.

  The charge was for Domain Mapping for directnorth.org.uk

  I have no idea what the username/account that purchased the upgrade was

  Are you able to fill out the form at http://wpchrg.com? It should provide you with that information.
