    I just checked my bank account and it says that WordPress took $60 out of it. I was under the impression that the subscription would end when it expires, not renew itself. If it’s not a subscription why did WordPress take money out? I haven’t used this site in a long time and I’d like it to not take money anymore but I can’t seem to be able to log into my account, it keeps creating a new one.

    I was under the impression that the subscription would end when it expires, not renew itself.

    Most of our users don’t want their site name and what not to stop working after a year, so we do auto renew. But we send emails about that prior to renewal. It sounds like they may be going to some other account.

    Can you send a link to the site that was renewed? Or, can you log out and log back in as that user (the first one you created) and respond again here? We can usually refund things if it just renewed recently.
