  Hi vdosti021217,

  The account you are contacting us from hasn’t been charged for any upgrades. What is the address of the site you need help with (please don’t share any transaction IDs or card details here)?

  Please try logging out of WordPress.com, then log back in using the email address your purchase receipt was sent to and reply here. I should then be able to see the upgrades owned by that account.
