Hi,
I’ve just been notified that I will be charged an amount (DKK 94.25) Feb 8 and I don’t understan why. I cannot see any trace of this anywhere.
I do use WP to create and maintain a website (gf-holmsborgvejen.dk), but it’s not hosted at UnoEuro.
Can you clarify?

Hello Jakob,
The account you’re using to post here doesn’t own any sites or upgrades on WordPress.com, nor do our logs show that we sent you any renewal reminders to the email address connected to this account.
However, the domain, gf-holmsborgvejen.dk, is connected to a site in another WordPress.com account via a domain mapping upgrade.
Before I can cancel that upgrade, or disable automatic renewal, I’ll need you to log in as the account that owns that upgrade to confirm. If you don’t remember the password for that account, you should be able to reset it using the email address at which you received that reminder.

Make sure you log out of the
jakobappellaursenaccount first before you try that, though.Once you’re logged into the correct account, comment here and we can remove that upgrade for you.

Sorry, I’m here — I’m afraid I’ve two accounts. The renewal mail says something like “…See all your purchases and manage them under
- your account
…”. I click on that link and I’m in — is that what you mean?

Funny thing is I’m never prompted for a pw, it says no purchases when I’m, no cred. card info anywhere as so on

Hmm. You’re still not logged into the correct account… you’re still in the same one as before.
Can you get in touch via
passwordhelp@wordpress.com? You can use a transaction ID to prove ownership:

I’m not sure what you want me to do. In short, I’ve received a mail from WordPress.com <help@wordpress.com> that I will be charged soon, but all references in the mail point nowhere.
When click on the links, e.g. https://wordpress.com/me/purchases, I get right to my account, but it doesn’t show any purchases, billing history or upcoming charges…
Is there another way around this troubleshooting?

That’s because you’re still logged in to the WordPress account jakobappellaursen which is the wrong account. You need to do as requested higher up this thread.
You need to sign in under the holmsborgvejensgf user account. Once you’ve managed to do that, write back to us here.
