  I was charged domain registration and domain mapping (£16) but i don’t have a website or domain? It was cancelled a long while ago

  There are no sites under the account from which you’re writing us from, do you know the name of the domain for which you were charged?

  If you’re not sure what site the charge is for, as @staartmees mentioned, please search for it at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/.
