  Hi,
  I got an email saying that I’ll be billed for the email (email visible only to moderators and staff) but when I go to billing I see nothing for reneweal.

  Was this spam? Also, I do not want to use (email visible only to moderators and staff) so how can I cancel this?

  If you don’t see that billing under My purchases, https://wordpress.com/me/purchases, it probably because you are not logged in to the that account that got charged.
  You can check that charge at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/
