Hi there,
Can you tell us the URL of the site you’re being charged for? The account you’re using to post here doesn’t own any active upgrades with us, and I don’t see any recent charged on this account.
But you are an admin on a site that belongs to someone else, uwwdeltazeta.com, and that account own a custom domain upgrade for the site that renewed two days ago for $18.
If that’s the upgrade you were charged for, please log into the other account and comment here to confirm, and we can cancel and refund the domain for you.
Note that cancelled domains are not released immediately, and it can take anything from a few days to over a year before a cancelled domain becomes available again, if at all. So you should only cancel this domain if you definitely don’t want to use it any more.
