  I had a look at all your purchases but I do not see any purchase made for 3 years in advance. If you can log into the account that owns the purchases, wldueck, could you please reach out via https://wordpress.com/help/contact and tell us more details?

  We’ll need the receipt for the purchase you mentioned (the one valid till 2023) but do not share it here as these forums are public.
