    Billing for my account is not to take place until May 12, 2020, and i received a notification today of billing from paypal. please reverse the charges immediately. Thank you

    All subscriptions auto-renew 30 days prior to the expiration date so that there’s sufficient time to fix possible issues.
    If you were not going to renew your subscriptions, you can cancel them from https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/.

    We can also help you with that, however, it looks like you’re reaching us from the incorrect account. There are no paid subscriptions under joelwald4706.

    If you’re not sure what site the charge is for, please search for it at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/.
