I didn’t download the products yet. I bought “Product Bundles” and 2 were accidentally added to my cart before I purchased. So my credit card was charged $98 versus the single cost of $49. How do I proceed?

are you clear of the problem? I’m looking for either a refund of $49 or for a full refund and I’ll go ahead and purchase again. But either way, need to solve today so I can download the plugin and get working on it…please advise. Thanks.

Refunds are eligible up to thirty days after purchase. Have you already sent a note to Woo through https://woocommerce.com/contact-us/ ? That’s where you get support with their product(s).

I’m having a tough time with your site links, but I appreciate your quick response. I sent a note but have not heard back from Woo Commerce. Your second link takes me back to this page to post something on the forum.
I don’t understand what I’m supposed to do here. Who can I talk to??? I’d like this solved today so that I can be either partially refunded or fully refunded so that I can purchase it again, install and be on my way.

I have submitted 4 tickets through this site, but none are showing up. I keep getting a blank screen when I open a new ticket and I have no confidence this request went through.
I went ahead and purchased the product AGAIN on a separate transaction. I now need a refund for $98 against the first transaction for two product bundle purchases. Who can help me?????

Let me just make sure I understand what you want to do.
You would like to cancel and get a refund for the transaction on May 27th (the $98 for the bundle) and keep the one from today ($48), is that correct? -
nevermind…I found the link where I could request the refund. There are a series of “dots” in the product purchase table that allows you to request a refund.

I couldn’t see any of your opened tickets and I was worried you were not able to reach out to the support because of some browser issue :)
