  I do not recall creating this account and I got an email to (email visible only to moderators and staff) charging me for this site and normacantu.com Please remove these and cancel the payment. I am NOT interested.

  That site is connected to another account of yours, normacantu. Just log out from current and log in again as normacantu. If you no longer have access, you can very easily restore access at https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/
