I switched over to a paid domain a few months ago but just got billed for something on my old lovocreative.wordpres.com site. I don’t see the actual charge anywhere in my WP plan but my bank shows it.

Hi there, the charge is likely under the WPcom username account that is associated with lovocreative.wordpress.com rather than this account you are using to post to the WPcom forums.
Staff can assist you with a refund if that is what you need, but you’d need to log out of this account and log in with the other WPcom account and post here to request it.

You still have a domain credit to use as part of that upgraded hosting plan. However, you need to sign in under the laurajvogel user account. That’s where the site is located. Not the account you’ve used here.

I’ve tried everything. I don’t have another username to log in as. I have no idea how to access anything other than the one dashboard I’ve always used. It shows that I upgraded to my new paid domain, so where is the charge coming from for the old free site? It’s not in my billing history or anything. I only have the one username.

Again if you don’t recall the information to log in to that account, please use the account recovery form https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/ That form will ask for the billing information for this last charge which you should not post here in the public forums.

I’ve tried the account recovery and other password resets. I only have the one account. It just takes me back to the one account I have been using. Can someone in billing please help me? I cannot see where these charges are coming from.
