  I just received an email that says I’m going to be charged $128. As of October 1st I’m no longer going to need this service is there a way to pay monthly for this service I’m being charged for. I

  No, all plans are billed on a yearly base.

  @personalizedbykara, it looks like you’re talking about some WooCommerce extensions – these are also yearly licenses. If you do not need those anymore, you can either cancel them from your WooCommerce account or open a ticket directly from https://woocommerce.com/contact-us/.
