  Need to contact directly to sort out an unpaid refund

  Hi there,

  As you can see from your Billing History page (https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing) we have issued two refunds three days ago.

  Refunds usually take about 10 business days to appear in your account so wait for a week and then check with your bank.

  That was on the 10th July, but I still haven’t received any payment

  Sorry, you’re right about the dates.

  In some cases, the refunds are done as reversals.
  This means the refund was issued before the original charge settled with the bank, so the original charge should have simply disappeared from your bank statement without a refund being issued.
  Please check your statement to see if the original issue is still there and in case of doubts, reach out to your bank for more details.

  The funds were released from us and passed to your bank. Refunds typically only take 10 days. But, in some cases it can take up to 1-2 billing cycles for them to release the funds back to you. That is a question that you need to ask them about directly. Please contact them for this information. We will also ask our payments team to take a closer look just to be sure we’ve not missed something on our end in reviewing the account.
