  I just paid $96.00 to renew, now I am being prompted for another $46.00. What is going on?

  Hi @ccres7818, I actually don’t see any recent charges associated with this username, so my guess is that you’ve got another account, and this account is just trying to create a whole new site.

  Can you log out and log in with the account associated with that site? It should be the email address that gets renewal reminders and what not.
