    I was just billed for WordPress on a website that has been closed for 9 months. How do I get a refund and turn off the billing going forward?

    For what site is this? The account you’re using to post here is less than an hour old and doesn’t own any sites or upgrades.

You can also use the Contact Us link on that page to contact our billing support team directly for further help with this – to track down the transaction we’ll need to get some additional information from you which we cannot discuss here in the public forums.
