I want to cancel my domain registration but when I click on my account and the billing, it comes up as blank. I received an email though- telling me that it had automatically renewed? How do I cancel and get a refund?

Hi there, I see that someone has flagged this thread for Staff assistance.
In the meantime, since there are no sites I can see associated with this account, is it possible you have another WPcom account? Is the address where you received the renewal notice the admin email address on this account you’re using to post to the forum?
For which which WPcom site were you charged?
Please do not post any financial details here in our public forums, such as cc details, invoice number, etc. Thanks.

Looking at your account there’s not any charges or transactions listed. The charge and domain registration that you’re referring to must be connected to a different WordPress.com user name. Can you share the domain involved? Then we can take a closer look at things.
