My account auto renewed and I’m not using it. I’ve tried to get in touch with an actual human to reverse the charges but it seems impossible.

Hi, we’re humans here. I see a chargeback on the account. Can you close that with the bank so we can refund the upgrade?
Also will you be using dhousephotography.com after this?

Thank you for helping me. I’m and older man so I’m use to talking to people on the phone, however, I do appreciate your help.
I’ve closed the dispute with the bank.
I won’t be using dhousephotography.com and I’ve never used it. I didn’t know that it automatically renewed because I didn’t turn that on.
Thank you again for refunding my money, it will help as we are on a fixed income.

Thanks, Darrell. It’s still showing as disputed on this end, but we’ll give that a day or two in case it takes the bank a bit to update the status.

Hi Darrell, could you check in with the bank to ensure that’s closed properly? It’s still showing as an open chargeback.
