Hi, why does contact us default to ask in forums?
How do I contact WP direct?I have had a cancelled account for some time now and this week I was charged 408.00 NZD. Could I please request a refund. I had reached out through WP chat but with no response. Transaction ID [redacted by staff]

Hi Stephen, did you send the request from this email address? I’m not seeing it.
Let’s try this though. You mentioned it was an account you had long ago. What was the site address? Perhaps we can find the charge that way.

Actually I was able to find your site link through another thread. I’ve spotted the issue (0 vs O in the ID you sent) and refunded this for you.
That will be processed shortly. Please allow 5-10 business days for that to appear on your statements.
