    Hello,

    I apologize, I thought that I had cancelled my site / domain. However $145 just came out of my account. I have been severely impacted by covid 19 and I cannot afford to have this amount taken out of my account ta this time. Is there any way that I could obtain a refund? Thank you in advance for your time and assistance.

    Can you log out, then log in again using the email address that received purchase notifications and what not? That’s the one you’ll need to use to access the site.
