my account has been charged 4X for an upgrade. I still don’t have the upgrade. I need a refund of at least 3 of the charges and a 4th if I can’t upgrade.

Hi there,
I can see you tried to purchase one of our plans, however, your card was declined. The transaction never went through. If you see it as completed on your card statement, it will probably disappear. I’d recommend checking with your bank or card issuer for more information.
