  I’m having a hard time finding my old site ‘online safety matters’. Last year I was billed in March. Will I be billed again. Can I make sure everything is cancelled?

  Just to clarify too, I suspect you have another account with us.

  You could use the form at wpchrg.com to locate the bill from March and reach out that way, or, if you’ll send a link to the site, we can look it up.

  Alternatively, you can log out, then log in again using the email address that received purchase notifications and what not. Then you can see current upgrades here:
