  I was charged but do not see what I was charged for in my account. Please advise.

  Hi there,

  The account you’re using to post here owns no sites with us, and has never bought any upgrades from us.

  I do see charges in your account for the Akismet anti-spam plugin, but the last charge for that was in July 2020, and was also cancelled and refunded at that time. You can see receipts for all the past Akismet charges, including the final refund transaction, here:

  There has been no further charges since 1 July 2020, so if you’ve received a more recent charge, it’s for an upgrade purchased under a different WordPress.com account.

  If you’re not sure what site/account the charge is for, please search for the charge at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ – enter the transaction details on that form, and it will tell you if that charge exists on our end and what site it’s for.

  You can also use the Contact Support link on that page to contact our billing support team directly for further help with this – to track down the transaction we’ll need to get some additional information from you which we cannot discuss here in the public forums.
