    Apparently this is the only way to reach WordPress – the most horrible experience in my website building life. I was billed to a credit card that it appears I do not own. I cancelled the upgrade and received only a partial refund. There is a card out there that has the rest of the billing on it. I have absolutely no way to get in touch with WordPress about this. And above this form, the warning is ‘Please do not provide financial or contact information when submitting this form.’ The navigation buttons are circular, getting you absolutely nowhere. Worst website experience ever!! How do I speak to a real person at WordPress about Billing/payments/refunds???

    I can see that on Feb 4th you added the Premium plan to your account, then shortly thereafter cancelled and refunded your purchase as shown here: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing/

    Please note that at the time you cancelled you had already initiated the domain transfer of bettyajohnson.com, which is why you were not refunded in full as the transfer was still pending.

    I can confirm that the domain transfer appears to no longer be active, so I have refunded the remaining $18 which you can confirm is also listed in your billing history on Feb 9th (today) and you can expect those funds back in your account in the next 7-10 business days.
