  Anyone know who I can contact for being charged for an old website of mine that hasn’t existed in over seven years?

  We have absolutely no history of purchases, transactions, or billing activity of any kind since 2014 under the account you’re currently logged into.

  That is because that account doesn’t even exist! Which is even more insulting that you continue to take money off my Amex card.

  Well, I can happily show you the email I just received from Paypal if you’d like. Sounds like you’re not remotely interested.
