  Help. I keep getting billed $124 even after pleading to have this account canceled. Please tell me who I can speak with!

  Hi! lovelightandbreastcancer was the name of my site from 2016/2017. But I have asked to have the billing stop and I was billed again today

  Hello again, Thanks for adding that information. The site you mention is live online with a custom domain. Is it possible you need to be logged in with a different username account? lovelightandbreastcancer

  First log out of this account and then visit the Log In page at https://wordpress.com/log-in If you have access to the email address associated with that account, you can either reset the password by clicking on the Lost Password link there or send yourself an email with a one-time log-in link by clicking on the “Email me a login link”.

  Barring that, you’ll need to recover your account following the support guide at https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/ Since you have an upgrade on that site, you’ll have the needed info for account recovery.

  Let us know how that goes.

  Hi there – is it possible to just cancel the account completely and refund my money? I’ve requested this many times but was charged today $124.

  Hello again, a request to cancel and refund needs to be done from the account that owns the site and plan. You’ll need to be logged in with the correct username account and then you can post your request here or contact Support directly.

  If you can’t log in to your other account following the advice I posted earlier, you’ll need to recover the account at https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/
