  My site is locked catherinelaman.com . There is a message that there was a contested charge. I have contacted the credit card company and this issue was completely resolved 2/09/2021. Word Press was paid $114.00. Please unlock my account or have someone contact me to resolve any further issue on the site at [redacted by mod] thanks

  Hi there,

  I can see the chargeback on your account; it doesn’t look like it was canceled.
  I’d recommend reaching back to your credit card company to get more info. If you can’t cancel the chargeback at this point, you will need to wait until it’s resolved. The dispute process typically takes around 75 days.
