  I was charged $300 and it is not something on auto-renew, how do I get this charge reversed. How do I get an actual person to help?

  Please use this tool to help track down the charge: https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ and request a refund.

  The transaction ID should be present on the statement of the card that was changed.
