    Hi,

    I don’t understand why I see a charge on my card for billing with WordPress when I don’t even have a site. There is no record of billing on my purchases account. I was not notified of any charge coming.

    Hey @optimisticrealism, my guess is that you’ve got another account, and the renewal reminder were sent to that account’s email address. Can you log out and log in with the account associated with that site?

    If you’re struggling to find it, can you can use the secure form at https://wpchrg.com to look up the payment and find out what it was for?

    Once you’ve located the charge, you should be able to contact billing directly so they can help with a refund. If not, please update us here and let us know the name of the site associated with the charge.
