    Hello, I would like to find out how to change the billing information for our account. Could someone please call me? [redacted]. Thanks

    Hi there – We don’t offer phone support, but I’ve looked into your account and I believe you may be wanting to change the billing information for the site at venturaparkpsblog.com, is that right?

    If so, the owner of the site and upgrades would need to do that. The account you are signed into currently is not the owner account, which is why you cannot see the option to change billing info.

    We can help you get this done. A couple of clarifying questions first:

    1. Are you only looking to change the billing info, but keep the site and upgrade ownership the same?

    2. Or, are you ultimately needing to transfer the site and upgrade ownership over to a different admin account on that site?

    Yes, we would like to change the billing information for the Ventura Park Blog.

    I am not sure who the owner of the account is but if it’s our previous principal, Mr. Arin Otis, I think that information should be changed as well.

    Our new Principal is Mr. Greg Farrell but the ownership of the website should belong to the school due to the frequent change of administration and secretaries. Is that a possibility?

    Please let me know how to proceed.

    Hi there,

    Upgrades on WordPress.com are owned by the individuals that set them up, and not by companies or other organizations. For that reason it would be most helpful if you are still able to contact Mr Otis and see if they are able to access their account and transfer all upgrades to you.

    Do you have the option to contact them still? If so it would be easy for them to log in and follow the steps here to transfer billing to you: https://wordpress.com/support/transferring-a-site-to-another-wordpress-com-account/

    If not we would instead need to forward you to our Account Recovery team so you can submit the required proof to gain access to the account that owns these upgrades.
