  I am being billed for this account and I’m not understanding the billing.

  The site I need help with is sjconversations.wordpress.com/. This site is not linked to my WordPress.com account.

  We have absolutely no history of purchases, transactions, or billing activity of any kind for the site sjconversations.wordpress.com under the account you’re currently logged into.

  If you enter the charge details at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ we should be able to help you with this.

  The transaction ID needed will be on your bank statement as WordPress followed by a letter/number code. They’ll look like this:

  WordPress XXXXXXXXXX
