  It looks as though I’ve been charged for something I did not receive and would like to start all over fresh – please help thank you

  You’ve purchased a plan and a couple of other upgrades last month, but you’ve canceled all of those and received a full refund. You can see that on your Billing History page:

  Refunds usually take around 10 business days, and that depends on the processing times at your bank.

  We issued a refund to you on 20 June, which is only four business days ago, so it’s normal that you won’t see it reflected on your bank statement yet.
