    i am searching the bill for Nr. [redacted]. an you send it via mail again?

    The site I need help with is barblaenk.com. It is not hosted by WordPress.com or connected with Jetpack. This site is not linked to my WordPress.com account.

    We can only send receipts to the email address on file for the account that owns the upgrade in question, and the account you’re using to post here does not own that upgrade.

    I’ve resent the receipt for the recent payment, but if you don’t remember the correct email address that goes to, please follow our account recovery process at https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/ so we can help you regain access to the correct account.

    i cant open the bill. If i visit the homepage, it says that there isnt any bill.

  • It sounds like you are receiving the email, clicking on the link within the email to review the bill, but not finding a bill. Is that right?

    If so, this is because you are logged into the wrong WordPress.com account when clicking on the link. You will need to first log out of your WordPress.com account and log in with the upgrade owner account.

    Once you are logged into the correct account, return to the email and click on the link to then view the bill. Let us know if you are unable to log into the owner account.
