  Good Day
  I was charger for serviced today receipt #: 60434808
  payment ID: [redacted by staff]

  I could not find any information how to cancel the payment. There in no information in my settings here about the charged payment and payment methods.

  I want the money back and cancel all future payments

  If you don’t know what a charge is about, check it at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/. On the same page is a form to contact the Billing team.

  I can see that the transaction occurred on a different WordPress.com account, not the ybc5m4z8bn one you were logged in to when posting this.

  The good news is we can help you log in to the correct account and cancel the subscription for a refund. Please send us the transaction ID using the account recovery form and we’ll get back to you via email.
