I have a question about my Automattic invoice

We received and paid an Automattic invoice from January that included a $7,500 charge for setting up modcode.modcoth.com
It is an outrageous amount for something we did not even know we were going to be charged for. The invoice was paid and the $7500 went unnoticed, so I would like to inquire about getting a refund/credit.

WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers.

It seems there has been a billing error and if you log in under the exact same username account that registered the blog and purchased the upgrades for it you can claim a refund. Note that as I said above this thread is tagged for Staff.

That amount sounds like a VIP program level charge – were you working with the VIP group to have something set up?
