We have been paying for premium, but it’s currently showing we’re on a free plan. I just wanted to make sure our upgrade has run out. The person who set this up isn’t here anymore, and I’ve never received any notice even though I’m an administrator.

Was there something that you needed to accomplish but is not possible on the free plan? Once we have that information, we’ll be better able to advise.
