    We have been paying for premium, but it’s currently showing we’re on a free plan. I just wanted to make sure our upgrade has run out. The person who set this up isn’t here anymore, and I’ve never received any notice even though I’m an administrator.

    I’m showing the Premium subscription for the site cedargrovebc.net expired on 2019-04-20, so your site has been on the free plan since then.

    We’ve recently made some changes to our plans and pricing so the Premium plan is no longer available. You can read more about this here:
