  I was recently billed through WordPress for Jetpack. I had cancelled my subscription so I am unsure why I was charged. I cancelled the jetpack subscription again and issued a refund. How long will it take before I am given the refund?

  I don’t have a site linked to this WordPress.com account

  Hi there!

  I had cancelled my subscription so I am unsure why I was charged.

  Looking at your account, I show you cancelled that upgrade earlier today and a full refund of $99 was issued. There also wasn’t a cancellation of the auto-renew on the account.

  If you cancelled your hosting account for your website, that would not cancel any subscriptions made at any third-party companies, like Jetpack. Since your website is no longer online, I assume that’s the case here.

  How long will it take before I am given the refund?

  It typically takes 7-10 days for the credit to show up in your bank account, depending on your bank’s policies. You could reach out to them to see if they can speed up that process.
