    I’ve been billed for this service and domain registration. I actually thought I had cancelled this last year, but maybe not. I would like to cancel it though and ensure that I am not billed next year.

    With what I have been billed for, I won’t be needing it any further, but I am wondering if the premium can be transferred to another WordPress page I have?

    But please can you verify that I will not be billed for this again next year.

    Please do not create duplicate threads. I’ve removed your other thread and will respond to you here. Note that anyone listed as “Staff” are WordPress.com Support, so we are able to help you with any billing questions.

    It looks like you initiated a chargeback dispute with your credit card provider for this renewal: https://wordpress.com/support/payment/chargebacks/

    We can move the Premium plan to another website under your account, but not while the chargeback dispute is active. Once you have canceled that dispute with your credit card provider, we’ll be happy to take care of that for you.

    I will note that you only have one WordPress.com site under your account, so in order to transfer your Premium plan to another site, you would need to be listed as a user on the destination site as well.

    I can confirm the plan and domain have been cancelled, so you would not be billed again.

    If I want to close my account, will I need to wait for the chargeback to be closed off as well?

    My bank have advised me today they are closing it, so guessing it will take a little while to get back to you?

    If you’d prefer us to move the Premium upgrade to a different WordPress.com site, we will need to keep this account open long enough for that to happen.

    It usually takes a bit. I’m still currently seeing the chargeback status as “under review”.

    thanks, I’m thinking cancelling would be my preference, I haven’t used the premium features previously, and not sure I would start now.

    As for when that status changed, will check in again in couple of days
