    I checked your account, but you’ve never owned any sites or upgrades with us, and we don’t have any payment information on file for you. The account you used to post here is only around six weeks old.

    If you’ve perhaps owned upgrades with us in the past under a different username account, you’ll need to be logged in as that account to remove any stored payment details we might still have.
