I was charged by [redacted] on my account that I have no idea about. I need a refund, please. I did not agree to this transaction nor was I given a notification that such payment would be taken from my account. I am quite disappointed. Could you resolve this, I need the refund.

That charge is for domain registration renewal and a Personal plan for thecigol.com. Do you want to cancel those and get a refund?

All wordpress.com plans are on autorenewal and several emails were send to the email address of the owner.
