    I need help with billing and need to talk to someone from wordpress but there is NO WAY to actually talk to someone which really SUCKS!!!

    I am running an institutional website that I think the credit card for the domain name expired and we didn’t know because it belonged to a former member of the group. The emails were going to a very rarely checked email. We only found out this was happening when the website went down. Is there a way to update the card and continue with the domain name on the website if it has expired?

    Can you let us know what domain name you need to recover? Once we have that information, we’ll be better able to advise.

    If it’s danversteachersassociation.com, the domain expired on 2022-05-30 and is currently in the redemption period:

    We can still try to recover the domain but you will need to pay an $80 redemption fee in addition to the regular $18 domain renewal cost. This fee is set by the domain registry and isn’t something we can waive. If you agree, I can send a payment request and contact our domain registrar once it has been paid.
