I know I’m at a year with my account but I’m closing it. Will I be refunded the bill that was charged today? I really cannot afford it at this time and I thought I had one more day. Thank you

Hey there, generally we charged you today, you can get a refund. However I don’t see any purchases on your account. Do you have another account with us? You should be able to log out, and log back in using the email address that gets renewal reminders.
If you don’t have that, can you clarify whether the charge was from WordPress.com?
