Hello, this is an old wordpress site that will not let me sign in anymore.
I haven’t been able to access it for years. I spoke with someone when the problem first arose, and we couldn’t get me into my account again, as it appeared to no longer be linked to me email, and I was told that it would just expire.I just got charged again, I still cannot get in and cannot remove my card or stop the billing, can someone please help me and can I have the last charge refunded?

Once you’ve located the charge, you should be able to contact billing directly so they can help with a refund. If not, please update us here and let us know the name of the site associated with the renewal.

I was able to find that charge but am not given the option to contact billing.
