    It appears I’ve been charged twice. Once for $96 for a subscription. Again $114 for a $96 subscription and a $18 domain. So I’ve been charged twice for a subscription. I’ve canceled and am awaiting a refund. am I going to be refunded for both charges?

  • Hi there, I see that you cancelled both purchases that were associated with http://mcl370.wordpress.com/: your Premium plan ($96) and your domain registration ($18) for a total refund of $114.

    Your WordPress.com account shows only those two successful renewals in December 2022 (which are now refunded).

    We generally suggest allowing up to 10 working days for a refund to appear on your statement; it does depend on your card provider how long that takes, and whether the refund shows as “money in” or if the original charge simply drops off your statement.
