    I was charge $300 on Jan 28th from WordPress. I already spoke with the host provider and they cannot see any charges from their side. They instructed me to contact WP directly. There are no charges that show up in billing history here on WP either.

    Do you remember the URL of the website the charge was associated with?

    I’m not seeing any upgrades associated with the WordPress.com user account you are posting from. This typically happens when you’ve ended up with a second WordPress.com user account and that second account is the one that owns the upgrade. You’ll need to log into THAT account in order to make any changes.

    If you do not have access to that second account, here are a few options:
