  Wordpress is trying to take a payment out of our account using our old Credit Card information. However while I’m in here, I see nothing showing I have anything with WordPress and I show nothing to cancel plan/domain?? If I have no Plan/Domain why are you trying to collect payment?

  I don’t have a site with WordPress.com yet

  The charges must be connected to a different WordPres.com account than the one you are contacting us from. If you aren’t sure about the charge on your bank statement, you can fill out the form at http://wpchrg.com, and it will help you find the correct account along with what you were charged for. You can also reach out to billing support there directly.
