  I am referring to the receipt no. 77868371 dated 09.03.2023.

  Although I cancelled my membership with WordPress – using the HELP section of WordPress, you have continued to cash money from my account.

  I consider this, an illegal seizure of funds and I require an immediate return of the amount €57:12 to my account.

  The account you reached out from was not the account that owned the upgrades. That is why we asked last time you posted for more information on the upgrades. However, the receipt you provided is valid, so I have canceled your subscription to WordPress.com Personal and refunded the charges back to you. The refund can take 7-10 business days to reflect on your bank statement.
