I have been billed £43.20 from you this morning, you have already replied with an email stating that this website was set up on a free plan. If so, please can I get a refund and have any automatic payments that have been set up with you cancelled to ensure this doesn’t happen again

The charge must be coming from a different account. I have reviewed the one that you used here (siennacorreia) and there aren’t any upgrades or active charges. To locate the correct account, please enter your payment details on https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ or https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/
Once you’ve accessed the account with the charge you’re able to cancel and refund by clicking on My Sites – Upgrades – Manage. Or simply write back to us here form that user account and we will handle it for you.
