I have emailed your support email multiple times, I’ve had to create this new account to get in touch with an actual person hopefully because it had deleted the old one with my domain site on. I have been billed every year on the 6th June for a site I can’t even login to and cancel it all. Please can somebody help me as I’ve had enough of this all now. I have screenshots of me owning the website I made a few years ago and the shots of money being taken out of my bank account when i can’t even login.

Okay, I’ve gone through to recover account. I made this new account up in a same email address do you think that will make it more of a problem?

2 wordpress.com accounts can’t have the same email address as the email address is the uniqie identifier on our platform.
